I teach in the postgraduate programme Information Experience Design (IED) at the Royal College of Art. I lead an initiative called Time/Space Program, which undertakes a series of high-profile exhibition design projects, working with a range of institutional partners, including the Victory & Albert Museum, British Museum and Royal Academy of Arts. As part of the term-long projects, I foster collaborations with other programmes at the RCA, including History of Design, Fashion and Architecture.
My role includes weekly critique sessions, guiding students through their final year projects. I lead and organise professional practice sessions, theoretical seminars, practical design workshops, as well as group and individual tutorials for first- and second-year MA students. I organise symposia and research conferences, coordinating guest speakers and visiting practitioners, and oversee aspects of the final show, including exhibition design, design of the printed and online catalogue, and additional graphical elements.
Moreover, I run interdisciplinary workshops across all departments of the RCA, and seminars in the Master of Research Programme and for MPhil and PhD students.
